Percival McGuire is the result of a merger between two real estate powerhouses: Percival’s Inc., which was founded by Robert H. Percival in 1961 and McGuire Properties founded by W.B. McGuire in 1972. Parlaying fundamental values and ethics, today’s company provides access to one of the oldest, most distinguished commercial real estate firms serving the Charlotte region.
