Adam specializes in Investment Property Sales and Acquisitions. He also serves the interest of Property Owners, Tenants and Investors in the sales, acquisitions and leasing of commercial real estate.

Career Highlights

A native of Charlotte, Adam began working for Percival McGuire in the Summer of 2008 as an intern. He joined the firm full-time upon graduation from the University of South
Carolina with a degree in Business Administration specializing in Real Estate and Management.

Adam gained sales and marketing experience while in college by working with East Coast Entertainment in the production and marketing of a local outdoor summer concert series held in downtown Charlotte. He continues to provide membership services support for Music With Friends, LLC, a private, upscale music club in Charlotte.
