Professional Role

Brett oversees the management portfolio of office, retail, mixed-use and industrial properties. His responsibilities include supervision of all full-time property managers, facility
managers, management staff, and maintenance department; supervision of the Accounting Department, the development of budgets for all properties, and the design of all property management policies and procedures for the operations.

Career Highlights

Brett joined Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate in 2004 as an Assistant Property Manager where he later was promoted to Property Manager with responsibilities for working directly with vendors, tenants and property owners on a daily basis. In 2007 he became a Senior Property Manager managing the largest portfolio within the management division. In March 2008 Brett, through his hard work, accomplishments and dedication, was promoted to Vice President.

Prior to joining Percival McGuire, Brett worked as a Terminal Assistant for Maersk Sealand in Charlotte.
