Brett is President of Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate Management,
LLC. He is
responsible for leading the Management Company’s performance,
which includes overseeing
property management, accounting, maintenance, construction management,
and investment
property inspection departments as well as sourcing, negotiating,
and securing new business.
He is instrumental in assisting our clients with
the sale of their properties. In addition,
Brett frequently reviews investment deal pro forma as well as conversing
with leasing agents
on new deals due to his knowledge of building operation as well
as construction side of
the industry.
Brett joined the Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate Management,
LLC team in 2004
after working for Maersk Sealand in Charlotte, NC. By 2005, he
oversaw the largest portfolio
within the company, becoming an integral part of the team. As a
result of his abilities to
effectively communicate and maintain relationships with our clients,
he became an Executive
of the company where he was promoted to Vice President in 2007,
doubling the company’s
management portfolio within the first seven months. Brett implemented
new procedures to
help guide the company through an economic decline and recession.
With continued
success, Brett was again promoted in 2010 to President of Percival
McGuire Commercial
Real Estate Management, LLC.
