Professional Role

Bob is responsible for overseeing the total operation of the firm, with particular emphasis on the brokerage and development divisions as well as tenant representation and advisory services within the greater Charlotte region.

Career Highlights

Bob joined Percival’s, Inc. in 1982 in the property management division. He grew the management portfolio from 500,000 SF to over 2,000,000 SF of office, flex, and industrial facilities. In 1986 he took over the leasing and brokerage services division and implemented a tenant representation division within the firm. Percival’s, Inc. has since become recognized as one of the premier tenant representation firms as well as brokerage firms in the Charlotte region. He has represented and advised numerous Fortune 500 firms such as Parsons/Maine, Kraft North America, Staples, Inc., and Compass Group North America.

In May 2005, Bob orchestrated the merger between Percival’s, Inc. and McGuire Properties.  The combined company offers a complete range of commercial real estate services including sales, leasing, management, development and consulting.

Education

Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree from Appalachian State University. He holds active office and industrial designations from the Society of Industrial and Officer Realtors (SIOR). He is currently a senior instructor for SIOR in the mandatory Designation Education courses. He holds a CPM® designation from IREM and is a licensed broker in both North and South Carolina.
