David’s responsibilities include the leasing of office and warehouse properties and the selling of retail, office, or income properties, including tax-deferred exchanges in the Charlotte
metropolitan area.

Career Highlights

David joined Percival’s, Inc., in 1991. Since that time he has served as vice president and has represented a host of regional and national clients. These clients include Container Recovery Corporation (division of Anheuser-Busch), Citizens Federal Savings & Loan, National Hardware Association, the United States Postal Service, Public Storage Company, Thyssen Elevator, Inc., Dana Corporation, MGI Properties, Provident Mutual Life Insurance Company, MAAG Pump Systems (Division of Textron), Commercial Credit Corporation, Staples Communications, Mechanical Supply Company and Play Power, Inc.

Prior to joining Percival”s, David was a commercial real estate broker with Gibson Smith Realty Company, where he specialized in the sale of retail, office, and income properties as well as tax-deferred exchanges.

Education

David received his Bachelor of Arts degree in General Marketing from Michigan State University and his Master of Business Administration degree from Wayne State University.

He holds a Graduate of Realtors Institute (GRI) designation as well as a Certified Commercial Investment Member (CCIM) designation. He is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North Carolina and South Carolina.
