Career Highlights

Prior to joining Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate, Jim spent 39 years with American Efird, Inc. where he was Vice President of Sales - Consumer Products division. During his tenure with A&E he gained extensive experience in sales, marketing and manufacturing.

In 2008 Jim joined the real estate firm of Garibaldi Realty in Belmont, North Carolina. He joined Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate in 2010.
