Career Highlights

Prior to joining Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate, Jim spent 39 years with American Efird, Inc. where he was Vice President of Sales - Consumer Products division. During his
tenure with A&E he gained extensive experience in sales, marketing and manufacturing.

Most recently Jim was part of a small real estate firm in Belmont, North Carolina. He joined Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate in 2010.
