Career Highlights

Prior to joining Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate, John owned and operated a number of small businesses in the manufacturing and marketing areas. In 2004, John assumed the management duties for a private portfolio of investment properties, of which he was, and remains, a principal. These properties were comprised of eleven multi-family properties located across the country and total over 1,400 units.

John’s hands-on experience with property ownership and management give him a perspective on real estate that allows him to fully identify with the motivations and needs of investors. It is from this perspective that John helps investment buyers and sellers achieve their goals.
