Justin is in charge of carrying out all duties within the firm’s retail development group. He specializes in providing clients with commercial real estate brokerage, development and
construction management services.

Career Highlights

Prior to joining Percival McGuire Commercial Real Estate, Justin spent 7+ years in retail development including building shopping centers and single tenant pad sites. His experience
started with the family’s real estate business running and developing two of the largest quick service restaurant franchises in the United States. At the same time, Justin was
responsible for developing large scale retail shopping centers both anchored and unanchored He has also spent time on the client side of a retail development company and a restaurant franchise enabling him to deliver clients’ a blueprint on market roll outs, project feasibility and long term developments for business success.
