Laura oversees a property management portfolio of industrial, retail, office, and multi-use projects. She works directly with tenants, property owners and vendors on a daily basis. Laura also assists in the development of property budgets and the implementation of property management policies and procedures..

Laura joined Percival McGuire in 2008. She brings a property management background from her tenure with Levine Properties and the Ballantyne Village project in south Charlotte. She has also worked in new home sales.
