Career Highlights

A native of Seoul, South Korea, Ms. Kim has lived in the greater Charlotte region for sixteen years. She brings several years of experience in real estate brokerage to the firm and has completed extensive commercial and investment course work through the National Association of Realtors.

Prior to joining Percival McGuire, Misun spent over 10 years owning and managing several businesses. Her portfolio includes a dry cleaning operation, convenience store and beauty supply retail store.

Misun currently holds a North Carolina Real Estate Broker’s license.
