Career Highlights

A native of Charlotte, Patrick joined Percival McGuire in February 2007. Prior to that, Patrick worked for one of the top Grady-White dealerships in the Carolinas specializing in high-end offshore fishing boats. His initial involvement with real estate market place began at Merit Properties, a family owned Commercial Real Estate company.
