Professional Role

Randy joined Percival McGuire in 1999 as a Facility Manager. He is currently responsible for the Harris YMCA and Westchester Commons where he leads a team of managers, building engineers, landscapers and coordinates a network of superior service providers. His scope also include financial and technical advisory services. As a LEED Accredited Professional, Randy is a strong influence in incorporating green building practices into properties.

Career Highlights

Before joining Percival McGuire Randy built and directed an effective facilities management organization at Clemson University. He was also with Allen & O’Hara, Inc., a Memphis based firm specializing in the development and management of college housing properties. While with Allen & O’Hara Randy leased and managed a broad range of properties and operational teams for facilities in Chapel Hill, N.C., Alabama and Michigan.
