R. Kent Wood, CCIM
Vice President
Kent concentrates on brokerage services and consulting for real
estate investments and land sales, and the representation of investment
buyers.
Kent has over 30 years experience in real estate, accounting and
finance. His association with various companies, beginning
as a CPA with Price Waterhouse, has provided him with substantial
experience in real estate accounting, real estate acquisition analysis,
preparation of pro forma financial statements, structuring and
selling of real estate investment programs and brokerage of commercial
real estate properties. Previous employment has included
Vice President and General Manager of the Brokerage Division of
Grubb & Ellis/Bissell Patrick and partner in Simerville and
Company, as well as several other executive level financial/accounting
positions. Kent’s diverse background has involved him
in all types of properties including retail, offices, golf courses,
hotels, multi-family, industrial and land.
