Robert H. Percival, CRE
Chairman Emeritus
Robert serves as Chairman Emeritus of Percival McGuire, a Charlotte, North Carolina full
service commercial real estate firm. He is involved in the brokerage, leasing, management
and development of office and industrial properties in the Charlotte metroplex and serves as
a real estate consultant and counselor to individuals, trusts and corporations.
Bob founded Percival’s, Inc. as a full-service commercial real estate firm in 1961. In 2005,
Percival’s, Inc. merged with McGuire Properties to form Percival McGuire Commercial Real
Estate.
Bob has represented nationally known firms such as Toyota, NationsBank, Kemper, CHF
Industries, Cincinnati Milicron, Fiber Industries, Rexham Corporation, Kanamatsu-Gosho,
Celenese Corporation, Norfolk Southern Corporation, Gold Bond Division/National Gypsum
Company and the City of Charlotte. He has been involved in the planning, development,
marketing, leasing and management of several major projects.
Bob is currently participating or has participated in the following professional and civic organizations:
- Carolina Chapter of the Society of Industrial & Office Realtors (SIOR), past member

- National Association of Industrial & Office Properties (NAIOP), past regional vice president
- Charlotte Chamber of Commerce, member of international business development

Bob received his Bachelor of Science degree in mechanical & industrial engineering from the
University of Notre Dame. He holds a (CRE) designation from the Counselors of Real Estate
and is a licensed Real Estate Broker in North and South Carolina.
