Career Highlights

Sherrill joined McGuire Properties in 1992. McGuire subsequently merged with Percivals, Inc. in 2005. He has represented many land owners in the sale of their land and buyers in the purchase of land. Additionally, he has represented buyers, sellers, landlords and tenants in the sale and leasing of industrial, retail and office properties.

Prior to joining McGuire Properties, Sherrill began his career at a national CPA firm, serving on the audit and tax staffs for seven years. He then joined Washburn Graphics in Charlotte as Chief Financial Officer and Corporate Secretary. Washburn Graphics merged with Cadmus Communications Corporation in Richmond, Virginia and Sherrill served as Vice President, Secretary and Chief Administrative Officer of Cadmus prior to his career in real estate.
